Passionate ESL Teachers are needed at language centers in Shenzhen! You can enjoy your morning-off during weekdays!
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English teacher to join our team at our language centers. Our centers provides high-quality English language education to children aged 4-12 years old. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with small class sizes and will be supported by a Chinese teaching assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct English language classes for children aged 4-12 years old.
- Manage small classes, with a maximum of 8 students per class.
- Deliver lectures with a duration of 1.5 hours each, accompanied by a 10-minute break.
- Create engaging lesson plans and interactive activities to enhance students’ language skills.
- Implement a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the teaching assistant to ensure a positive and effective learning environment.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding students’ progress and achievements.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as required.
Working Days and Hours:
- Monday and Tuesday: Off
- Wednesday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:40 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary and Benefits:
- Option 1: 21 teaching hours per week – 19,000 RMB per month.
- Option 2: 24 teaching hours per week – 21,000 RMB per month.

Requirements (qualified for Z work visa)
- Possess a related teaching certificate （TEFL Certificate) or have at least 2 years of English teaching experience with a reference letter provided
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above
- Possess a clean criminal record and have a professional, positive, and culturally aware attitude
