ESL Positions in China Private Schools – Shenzhen
SDE is looking for English teachers who have a 120 hours TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificates or 2 years teaching experience and a bachelor degree. If you are an ESL teacher full of energy and passionate about cultivating future international talents, we want you to join us to not only to teach students English but also help them develop a global view!
Responsibilities:
- Office hours： no more than 40 hours per week
- Teaching load: 22 classes per week
- Class length: 40 minutes
- Students age group: 6-15 years old
- Class size: 30-40 students
- Concurrent homeroom teacher: Look after the class at noon, organize students to line up and leave school in the afternoon, and send children out of the school gate.
- PE teacher: teach English and PE
- Homework arrangement: Assign homework, collect and correct it in a timely manner, and provide timely feedback to parents.
- Attend meetings: Regularly participate in parent-teacher conferences, open days, weekly teaching and research meetings, etc.
- Monday to Friday classes with evenings and weekends off.

- Competitive salary: 19,000-21,000 RMB per month (before tax)
- Paid summer & winter vacations ( around 2 months of summer vacation and 3 weeks of winter vacation)

Requirements:
- Hold a passport from UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Possess a related teaching certificate （TEFL Certificate) and have at least 2 years of English and PE teaching experience with a reference letter provided.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Possess a clean criminal record and have a professional, positive, and culturally aware attitude
